SHIPPING COSTS
You can find out the precise shipping fee to your country by adding the items you would like to purchase and by clicking on the checkout button in the shopping cart side page (shopping cart logo top right of the page).
As all orders are currently shipped from Switzerland, you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.
International countries may be subject to additional custom & import fees. If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
While you await the arrival of your purchased goods, you can check the status of the package sent. The konig-geneva.com site is working together with Swiss Post.
This service is only available to customers who have chose priority shipping.
How to track your order:
Once a payment is verified, we will send you an email (within 24 hours) confirming we have sent out your order.
This email comes with a tracking code, also known as a consignment number.
